It’s no secret that in order to move forward we must change the habits or practices that hold us back. The control our limiting beliefs have over us is unbelievable and they’re the reason so many people never reach a fraction of their true potential. What makes uncovering them so difficult is that the majority of us don’t even realize we have them. This is because the belief is so ingrained in our minds that to us it’s not a “belief”, its just a facts, so we have no reason to question it. 

Beliefs also determine how you feel about yourself, how you feel about others, and how you feel about the events and circumstances of your life. Understanding how your beliefs influence your feelings is fundamental because they often disguise what’s real and instead present you with a false view of reality that only exists in your imagination. 

 

As a Life Coach I am professionally trained to help you maximize your full potential and reach your desired results. I am like your ‘supportive friend and a trusted adviser’ rolled into one. I will push you to identify your goals, hold you accountable and provide encouragement throughout your journey to become a better version of yourself.

RAPID TRANSFORMATIONAL THERAPY®

RTT® achieves amazing results because it gets to the root cause of the issue.

RTT® embraces the many positive aspects of Hypnotherapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Psychotherapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.

 

RTT®  produces phenomenal results in many areas which can free you from emotional and physical pain and unwanted behaviours. If you are in physical or emotional pain you want rapid results. RTT® aims to deliver permanent change in just one single 90 minute session although, more complicated issues may need further sessions.

THE PROCESS

YOUR 30 DAY EXPERIENCE includes:

  • A 2 hour Rapid Transformational Therapy® (RTT) session. This is where we will work on getting to the root cause of the problem/ uncover and let go of limiting beliefs and unhelpful patterns of behaviour *(please check explanation of what RTT is in the column on the right).
  • At the end of the RTT® session you will receive a transformational recording that you will need to listen to for 21 days which will help re-wire and cement new beliefs. 
  • Three 90min coaching-style sessions to support the process of transformation and create a vision for the future and an action plan.
  • Follow up phone call to review integration of new beliefs and behaviours.

Like many of us something bad happened in my childhood. Years followed and some days I could handle the trauma. I didn't believe in hypnotherapy, not sure how it works really but wow was I amazed.

I witnessed a suicide and with hyponothetapy I overcame so many fears and can take life on again. This whole experience was beautiful and made me feel so safe. I understand now more than ever before,it is okay to feel sad and to cry because crying helps us to let go of the past and take on the future. I am no longer stuck in my head and I can live my life happily and freely 🙂

I was so grateful to have my appointment with Jan yesterday. Initially I was nervous, which was totally unnecessary as Jan is a very calm & soothing person. What I also appreciated was that I was not given a script of suggested medications to take. I have a long road ahead, but for once feel I finally have the chance to heal from within.

I had my first session with Jan and was not sure what to expect. He is extremely compassionate, kind and caring. There was a lot to take in and at times I think I got a bit lost in translation and understanding, but it’s the start and I know with time I will start to feel better.
This morning I wrote my first letter. I put on calming music and felt good once it was completed. I can see this becoming a good and positive ritual.
